I note from some reviews that you have steep stairs! Can you please inform me which of your room types are available to book on the ground floor or one flight up please. I would be looking to book a double room from Tues 22nd Sept to Fri 25th.

Hello, during your dates 2 rooms are available on the lower floors: 'Standard Double Room' is on the ground floor and 'Double/Twin Room' is located on the 1st floor (20 steps up). Hope this helps and with kind regards, Mauro

Dear guest, Unfortunately we have no laundry service. We do have housekeeping. There is a launderette 5 minutes away.

Perfect location.
The location was perfect. It was very tech savvy, the key for the room was in my phone which made it easy. Very clean facilities and Netflix on our tv was great. Wifi was great too. I like my room very room, and I find that most hotel rooms are quite cold or the heater works to a certain extent but not this one.
I wish there were cups and maybe even a kettle in the room. We had to steal paper cups from cafes in order to have a drink. Also wish there was somewhere we could drop off our bags.

it was a great location close to the railway station and perfectly ok for one night
all was as we expected
exterior signage was non existent which made the hotel very difficult to find at night, in the driving rain

Positive stay - The only negative thing I would have to say is that there was not a plug for the bath tub, but aside from that everything was perfect, perfect location, 2 min walk from train station, not even a 1 min walk from bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!
